Refund Eligibility

Our Refund Policy aims to clarify the scenarios under which a refund can be issued.

  • Full Refund : If your project has not commenced or if the proposed design style has not been accepted, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund : If the original design style has been accepted but the delivered work does not meet our delivery policy, a partial refund will be issued based on the completed work.
  • No Refund : Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for project phases that are already underway. Additionally, special marketing services with limited availability and expiration dates are non-cancelable. We regret any trouble this may have caused you. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process on Advanced Computation Solution.

  • Exclusion of Third-Party Services : Our cancellation policy does not cover services provided by third-party vendors, such as hosting, web development, content creation, and similar services.
